AlwaysBudget is run by Proxxy Media (Dr Patrick Ajibade), South Africa. We built it so that your money details stay with you.

The calculator

The Family Money Calculator and request checker run entirely in your browser. The numbers and names you type are saved only on your own device (in your browser's local storage) so they are still there next time. They are never sent to us. Use "Clear everything" in the calculator to delete them.

Buying the Budget Kit

Payments are handled by our payment providers (Paystack for South Africa, and our international checkout provider for buyers abroad). They collect your name, email and payment details to process the order and send your download. We receive your name, email and order details so we can support you. We never see or store your card number.

The early list

If you join the app early list, we store your email address with our email provider to send you updates about AlwaysBudget. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Some links on the Money tools page are affiliate links. If you click one, the partner may place a cookie to record that you came from AlwaysBudget.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and similar laws you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and complain to the Information Regulator. Write to our contact address.
